To access your LeapFrog Epic serial number, follow the below steps:

Go to the Parent Settings menu by tapping the icon of a parent and child.
Enter your four digit Parent Lock code at the prompt to enter Parent Settings. From the main Parent Settings screen, tap on System Info.
Enter into the Status option.
Serial Number (20 digit code) will appear as the second last option. E.g. 56063600006450020035

To access your LeapPad Platinum serial number, follow the below steps:

Go to the Parent Settings menu by tapping the icon of a parent and child.
Enter your four digit Parent Lock code at the prompt to enter Parent Settings. From the main Parent Settings screen, tap on System Info.
Enter into the Device Configuration Information.
Serial Number (20 digit code) will appear. E.g. 56063600006450020035
